AboutFor more than a decade, Sofy has supported families through some of life’s toughest moments, domestic violence, substance use, mental health struggles, youth at risk, and separation or divorce.

These experiences have deeply shaped her approach. They have strengthened her belief that meaningful change happens when people feel respected, understood, and met without judgment.

Sofy brings both professional expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work. She continues to grow her knowledge through ongoing training and professional development, ensuring she can support individuals, couples, and families facing complex personal and relational challenges.
