How Does It Work?
We start with an open conversation—about where you are now, what’s weighing on you, and what you hope will change. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, beliefs, and patterns, and begin to shift the ones that no longer serve you.
As your therapist, I’ll be there to guide you with care and curiosity. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk beside you as you reconnect with your strengths, find clarity, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are
